Superscope Repair Service and Support
Superscope is no longer accepting In and Out of Warranty repairs on Superscope PSD and PMR series products at our current location. We will continue to offer sales and technical support on use and applications of our current products (PSD450mkII and PMR61). Effective immediately, In and Out of Warranty repairs are being transitioned to an independent Chicago based service center owned and operated by a former member of the Superscope staff, Micky Moore. Micky worked for Superscope for over 30 years in various positions and was an integral part of our service department prior to our decision to discontinue repair operations at our location.
To return a product for In Warranty service or receive an Out of Warranty repair estimate please complete the Service Request Form and include with your product when sending to Micky. For In Warranty service, please include a copy of your proof of purchase with the product.
Out of Warranty repair estimates require the service center to bench test and diagnose your product before providing a repair estimate. Fees for providing a repair estimate will apply toward the repair cost if you decide to repair your product. Refusing the repair will require the customer to pay the repair estimate fee.
When sending your product for service please follow these steps.
Complete and print the Service Request Form.
Box and return (postage prepaid) your product and service request form to:

Please package your product carefully before shipping and insure the shipment for the appropriate replacement value. All parcel carriers are acceptable for shipment.
