Superscope Repair Service and Support

Superscope is accepting In and Out of Warranty repairs on Superscope PSD, PAC and PMR series products.  Only limited service is now offered on Superscope PSD300 series products. Please contact us or call (800-374-4118) before shipping a PSD300 Series product to Superscope for repair.

To return a product for In Warranty service or receive an Out of Warranty repair estimate please complete the Service Request Form and include with your product when sending to Superscope. For in-warranty service coverage, please include a copy of your proof of purchase with the product.

Out of Warranty repair estimates require our technicians to bench test and diagnose your product before providing a repair estimate.  Fees for providing a repair estimate will apply toward the repair cost if you decide to repair your product.  Refusing the repair will require the customer to pay the repair estimate fee.

When sending your product to Superscope for service please follow these steps.

  •  Complete and print the Service Request Form.

  •  Box and return (postage prepaid) your product and service request form to:

  • Please package your product carefully before shipping and insure the shipment for the appropriate replacement value. All parcel carriers are acceptable for shipment.

  • Should you need to discuss this repair with our technical staff prior to returning your unit for service, please call Superscope at 800-374-4118
