Superscope provides in and out of warranty repairs on most Superscope PSD and PAC series products. For in and out of warranty service on other brands of audio, video and projector products please visit our Audio Product Service or Projector & Video Product Service pages. To return a product for In Warranty service or receive an Out of Warranty repair estimate please complete the Service Request Form and include with your product when sending to Superscope. Repair estimate fees will apply toward the repair cost if you decide to repair your product. For in-warranty service coverage, please include a copy of your proof of purchase with the product. When sending your product to Superscope for service please follow these steps.

  • Complete and print the Service Request Form.
  • Box and return (postage prepaid) your product and service request form to:

  • Please package your product carefully before shipping and insure the shipment for the appropriate replacement value. All parcel carriers are acceptable for shipment.
  • Should you need to discuss this repair with our technical staff prior to returning your unit for service, please call Superscope at 800-374-4118 (ext 396).

Superscope offers Nearly New Products at a savings. These products have been tested to be in complete working order and are backed by the same 1 year parts and labor warranty as our new models. Cosmetics are in good shape but there may be some minor cosmetic blemishes. Nearly New Products come with all new products accessories and documentation.
