Hi my name is Emily Jambeau and I teach K-5 Vocal Music as well as 4th and 5th grade choir in Troy, Michigan! The Superscope PSD300 has improved the quality of instruction in our classroom in so many ways! My favorite use is its ability to create high quality recordings of live music on CD. Students can listen to what they sound like and critique their performance finding ways to improve their singing. Not only that, but it is a fantastic assessment aid because I can go back and listen to students after class and access particular students quickly simply by changing tracks.

Sometimes a song is in a less than ideal range for young voices. That is why it has been so helpful to put in a CD and change the key to fit students optimal singing range. Other devices can change the key, but the tempo would change too. The PSD300 allows you to change the key without changing the tempo and tempo without changing the key.

It is so easy to plug in a microphone and record voices with a CD. Being able to minimize the voice track on a given song has allowed for some fun experiences to take place as students sing into the microphone and become the new lead singer of their favorite band! Students have gotten a thrill out of what the PSD300 can do!
