Shipping Options and Charges

Superscope offers three (3) shipping options for orders: Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air using either FedEx, UPS or USPS for delivery. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver to post office boxes or APO addresses. Superscope is unable to accommodate rush requests for orders shipping to APO addresses.

To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in your shopping cart. From the cart, you can see the see the  estimated shipping cost for the entire order. On the following screen you can see the shipping options available and their costs.


We will try to ship your product the same day. Most orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped that same day, otherwise they will generally be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Some circumstances may prevent an order from being processed on the same day; some orders may be held for verification and may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. If you order online, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail.

Signature Required

All shipments will be sent Signature Required. You must notify us in writing if you want to waive the signature requirement. contact us. If you choose to have your product delivered without a signature, we will not accept responsibility for items left unattended on your doorstep.

Sales Taxes

Superscope collects sales tax for shipments to Illinois. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. Non-taxable organizations in these states please place orders via phone at 800-374-4118 or contact us by email. between 8:15-5:00 CST, Monday-Friday and are required to provide the appropriate tax exemption certificate.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the details. Another email will follow when the order is shipped with tracking information. With your User ID, password and order number you can visit the store, retrieve your tracking number and receive an update as to the status of delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Title to products passes from Superscope to you when we ship from our facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipment by a carrier is the customer’s responsibility. When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of our new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damage or missing items MUST be reported to both the shipping company and Superscope within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Keep your invoice with your important records. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the product packaging. We cannot accept merchandise for return with damaged or missing items. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely satisfied. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing equipment.


If you phone or fax your order in to us, please DO NOT mail it! We try as best as possible to check every order for possible duplications. In the event that we receive your order and ship product twice, you must notify us of the error within two days of receipt. We will issue an RA number for the return. Product must be returned in unopened condition. If the cause for the duplicate shipment is the result of multiple submissions of the order by yourself or your agency, you will only be credited for the product returned less a 5% restocking fee. You must pay the cost of return freight for the duplicate shipment.
