We will replace the transport assembly, which includes the following components:  

  • both reverse and forward pinch rollers
  • record/playback head assembly
  • quick reverse optical sensor and align it
  • cam gear
  • both capstan flywheels
  • rewind and fast forward reel motor
  • playback capstan motor
  • main belt
  • tape reel spools

  1. Print the PDF form and complete the information requested.

  2. Check the appropriate box of the tune up you want.

  3. Check the appropriate box for method of payment desired. Where credit card is selected, please include the Visa or MasterCard number, the work to be charged, and the expiration date of the card. Where check or money order is selected, please include your check or money order with the unit when it is returned. Make all checks payable to: Superscope Technologies, Inc.

  4. Include the completed form (and check or money order where applicable) with the unit and ship your unit to:
