NEED SERVICE? To take advantage of our service offerings: 

  1. Open, print and complete the attached service request form (in Adobe PDF format). For in-warranty service coverage, please include a copy of your proof of purchase with the return.

  2. Box and return (postage prepaid) your unit and service request form to: Superscope Technologies, Inc. Attn: Service Department 1508 Batavia Ave., Geneva IL 60134  
  3. Please package your product carefully before shipping and insure this shipment for the appropriate replacement value. Preferred carriers for return are UPS and Federal Express.  
  4. Should you need to discuss this repair with our technical staff prior to its return, please call us at (630) 232-8900 ext 396 (Monday thru Friday, 8:15 to 4:45 CST).
