We will rebuild the CD pickup assembly, which includes the following work:

• replace CD pick up assembly
• rebuild and lubricate CD tray assembly
• inspect and replace (as needed) transport control buttons and tact switches.

3. Check the appropriate box for method of payment desired. Where credit card is selected, please include the Visa or MasterCard number, the work to be charged, and the expiration date of the card.
